From Tyre Rubber to 20 kg Sheet: The Four-stage Xinyuan Process

Xinyuan Rubber processes reclaimed rubber through four connected production stages.
1. Crushing into granules
Tyre-rubber feedstock is broken down and ground into rice-grain-sized rubber granules.
2. Dynamic devulcanization
Rubber granules are combined with process agents and water, then treated in a vessel under controlled heat and pressure.
3. Initial open-mill mastication
Devulcanized rubber enters an open mill for initial mastication before refining.
4. Refining and forming
The material is refined, sheeted, weighed, formed into 20 kg units, and moved into the warehouse.
