Manufacturing process

Four connected stages. One visible material journey.

Real workshop photography follows feedstock from tyre-rubber crushing to 20 kg formed sheets ready for warehousing.

Discuss process requirements

Stage 01

Crushing into granules

Whole tyre-rubber feedstock is broken down in the crushing line and ground into rice-grain-sized rubber granules, the starting material for every subsequent stage.

Stage 02

Dynamic devulcanization

Rubber granules are combined with softening agent, activator, and a measured amount of water, then loaded into a devulcanization vessel and processed under high temperature and high pressure.

Stage 03

Initial open-mill mastication

Devulcanized rubber is fed into an open mill for initial mastication, developing the plasticity and consistency required before refining.

Stage 04

Refining, sheeting, weighing, warehouse

Initially masticated rubber sheet is fed into the refining mill, sheeted out, weighed, formed into 20 kg units, and moved into the warehouse ready for shipment.
